I flew from Medellin to Cartagena to spend a few days working with the Youth With A Mission Base on Bocachica. The Base has a number of full time staff who work on community development projects to improve the health of the people. They also have an infirmary, library for the children, feeding center and are building a large clinic that will serve the whole island. I walked around the town, visited the Fort and played with the kids down by the waterfront. I also had the chance to work on the Mercy Boat which will someday spread their work all the way down the coast of Colombia. YWAM is doing a wonderful work here for God and the people of Bocachica. My friend Alan and I decided to take a day trip and visit the little town of Belalcazar. It's about 90 minutes out of Pereira and is perched atop a mountain range between two beautiful valleys. We took the bus to La Virginia where we met up with our Colombian friends Diego and Luz Delia. From there we took a small bus up to Belalcazar. Our first stop was at the Cristo Rey (Christ the Light) statue. This 180 foot tall statue is hollow and you climb all the way up to the head and look out. Don't forget Part Two where we visit the town and have a great meal together. Produced by Andrew Burnett, Come Out and Play Productions. andrew@goodimpressions.us

Alan and Holly, the "Reluctant Tour Guides", have a snorkelers dream at Coki Beach. Clear, warm, calm waters and a ton of reef fish and yellowtail snappers keep both of them busy! Coki beach is one of St. Thomas's most beautiful and popular beaches with both the locals and tourists. Located on the east end of the island and close to a number of poplular resorts, Coki is bound to please the most devoted sun seekers and underwater enthusiasts. Along with many varieties of reef fish, Alan and Holly come across a curious Octopus! Produced by Andrew Burnett, Come Out and Play Productions, andrew@goodimpressions.us

The secret is out! Secret Harbor is a great place for snorkeling, especially for beginners. Our "Reluctant Tour Guides" Alan and Holly, really enjoyed this beach and snorkel. Most of the water is relatively shallow (4 - 8 feet deep.) Another good thing about this spot is that it is very protected from the prevailing winds and swell. So, if the north swell is up on St. Thomas, Secret Harbor is the place to go. On this dive we came across a beautiful Octopus - and it was a big one! Enjoy! The "Reluctant Tour Guides" are at it again. This time, join Alan and Holly as they explore the underwater adventure of Hull Bay. Hull Bay in situated on the North side of St. Thomas, due west of Magens Bay - a popular tourist destination. Hull Bay is more of a locals beach and French Fisherman hangout. It is also popular with the surfers. As well, it is one of my personal favorite places in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Alan and Holly swim about 1/2 mile out to the end of the point where the northern swells crash against the rocks. Along the way they see many different types of reef fish, a big snapper, a turtle and a host of other sea creatures from the deep. I met my two older boys Daniel and Steven under the Hawthorne Bridge in downtown PDX for an evening bike ride out to Gresham. It's a 32 mile round trip ride and we came back mostly in the dark (not recommended!). This trail follows an old railroad bed and is mostly flat. Join us for a fun and interesting ride through the urban center and then out to surrounding county side. Produced by Andrew Burnett, Come Out And Play Productions, andrew@goodimpressions.us

I love traveling, but I also love boats - especially old boats. So when I heard about the Vintage Boat Show on the Willamette River in downtown Portland, OR I knew I wanted do another video. This Boat Show had a little of everything from a fully restored PT Boat, to beautiful classic wooden cruisers and runabouts, to rope making demonstrations. They even had a vintage watersking spactacular!! Produced by Andrew Burnett, Come Out and Play Productions, andrew@goodimpressions.us

They did the 38 mile stretch from Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Area down the hill to Hood River and the finish line. Steven and Daniel's mom, Diane, did all of the video and photos on this shoot and helped with the editing. There are beautiful views of Mt. Hood and the Hood River Valley with farms and orchards. In June of 2008 Mission Trek International teamed up with Youth With A Mission and Eternal Perspective Ministries to do several projects in Panama. One of the projects was to help a village with a clean water system on Isle de Bastimentos. We built a system to catch the rain water and store it in two 550 gallon tanks. We were fortunate to be able to work side by side with the Gnobe Indian people to provide Life giving water to the children. Join our adventurous travelers as they discover new places and share the Good News about Jesus and offer help and hope to the needy.
