Outside the Provincial HQ, this bronze statue of Che Guevara, probably dating to 1997, is one of the most unique statues of him. He is portrayed holding a child but also many tiny works of art on his body are said to represent various stages of his life. Another one beside this shows a large sculpture recalling the star he wore on his beret.

Castello Sforzesco is a 14th century castle in the center of Milan. Current restoration works only prohibit a small amount of external sight-seeing but there’s plenty more to see inside (not shown here). Considered one of the most revered courts in Renaissance Italy and eventually saved from demolition thanks to Luca Beltrami.

San Vitale Church is one of the greatest mosaic displays in the world! This 1,400 year old church in Ravenna is a must see. Its octagonal shape is also unusual and defies many held beliefs about the way churches were meant to be built then employing revolutionary advances in architecture.
